Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Digital Comrade, our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with our applications. We develop AquaStock and other business tools to help you streamline your operations. However, because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we have established this Refund Policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or subscription. By purchasing a subscription or one-time license, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Refund Policy

Unlike physical goods, digitally distributed software cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent/provisioned.

However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can take place. Therefore, we DO offer a limited Money Back Guarantee to protect our customers and ensure they are comfortable trying our premium features.

2. 7-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand behind our products. For all first-time purchases of Premium Subscription Plans (Monthly or Yearly), we offer a full, no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.

  • If you find that the app does not meet your business needs.
  • If you encounter a technical issue that our support team cannot resolve.
  • If you simply change your mind.

To claim this refund, you must contact us within 168 hours (7 days) of the transaction. Requests made after this window will not be honored.

3. Non-Refundable Items & Circumstances

We cannot issue refunds in the following situations:

  • Subscription Renewals: We do not offer refunds for automatic renewal payments if you failed to cancel your subscription before the renewal date. We send email reminders before annual renewals to help you avoid this.
  • Partial Usage: We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel mid-month, you will retain access until the end of the billing cycle, but you will not receive a cash back.
  • Custom Development Fees: Fees paid for custom feature development, white-labeling, or dedicated server setup are non-refundable as they involve manual labor and resource allocation.
  • Abuse of Policy: Users who repeatedly purchase and refund products, or who are found to be abusing the system, will be banned from future purchases.

4. Free Trials

We may offer a free trial period for our Premium plans. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Refunds for payments processed after a free trial ends are subject to the standard 7-Day Money Back Guarantee window mentioned above.

5. Cancellation Policy

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

How to Cancel:

  • In-App: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription.
  • Google Play: If purchased via Google Play, go to Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select App > Cancel.
  • Email: Contact support@digitalcomrade.in with your account details.

Effect of Cancellation: Your cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid term. You will not be charged again, and your account will revert to the Free tier (if available) or access will be restricted after the current period expires.

6. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please Contact Us first before filing a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. We are very responsive and willing to resolve valid issues amicably. Filing a chargeback without contacting us typically results in a permanent ban of your account and blacklisting of your device/IP address from our services due to the fees incurred.

7. Processing of Refunds

Once a refund is approved by our team, it will be processed immediately. The funds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution's policies. We have no control over bank processing times.
